If you have booked in for a foil service, it’s best to wash your hair at least two to three days prior. This ensures we can get the best lift possible! If the hair has a build up of oils or products the lightener can struggle to lift through it creating another barrier to getting the blonde you’ve been dreaming of!

Absolutely! During your consultation at the time of your appointment each client is provided with a quote before commencing their service. If you would like a quote prior to this I offer a complimentary consultation in salon or over the phone. Please note quotes are only an estimate and may vary depending on your hair type.

1 & 2 hour street parking in front and opposite Socoh

2 hour ticketed street parking towards the western and eastern end of Gilbert Street

Long term ticketed parking on Myers Lane, Wilson on Gilbert Street at IGA and Gilles Street Auto Park

Please ensure to allow extra time to find a park before your appointment.

Please contact with as much notice as possible to adjust or cancel your booking. If you need to make changed outside of my working hours please send an email. Changes and cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the booking, see policies for more details.

Depending on what services you have booked in, balayage/foil appointments can take up to four hours. Please keep this in mind when booking and don’t hesitate to let me know in advance if you need to be out by a certain time. As different services and hair types can take longer than others it’s always best to allow 3 - 4 hours for your full head services.
