Online Booking Deposits
At Seen By Liv I understand that plans change and clients may need to make adjustments to their bookings.
Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made in less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, Seen By Liv reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee of the total service booked.
If you do not show up for your scheduled booking without notice within the 48 hours, Seen By Liv reserves the right to charge a 100% no-show fee of the total service booked. This fee must be paid in full within 24 hours to schedule any future appointments.
In the event of a cancellation or no show, Seen By Liv reserves the right to charge the card saved via Timely Pay
By scheduling an appointment you are automatically agreeing to the terms and conditions of these policies.
All bookings require a 15% deposit payment. Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
If a cancellation is made in less than 48 hours, this will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
Deposits are refundable or transferrable to another booking in the event of rescheduling within 48 hours.
Online bookings will also require you to save a card to file. Seen By Liv reserves the right to charge this card with any cancellation/no show fees.
